Solutions for absenteeism
Absenteeism and its approach is for many enterprises a costly and reactive process. We believe that the approach of absenteeism is an integral part of the daily operations with a preventive focus.
Together with paramedics, we have developed an absenteeism prevention programme; “Better awareness Benefits” (BaB). This is a proactive awareness programme enhancing the attitude towards healthy working methods and a healthy working environment.
